Daily Care
For stone surfaces (including natural stone, engineered stone and quartz, and sintered stone), wipe with a soft cloth and warm water, using a mild pH‑neutral cleaner if needed, then dry thoroughly.
Use & Avoid
Use coasters, placemats and trivets, and wipe spills promptly, especially wine, coffee, oils and other acidic or dark liquids.
Avoid abrasive pads, harsh or highly acidic/alkaline cleaners, standing water and direct heat. Natural stone is more porous and should not have acidic or dark liquids left sitting on the surface, while engineered stone, quartz and sintered stone are more stain‑resistant but should still be cleaned promptly.
Natural Character
Natural stone may show unique veining, small pits and tone variation; these are part of the material’s inherent character and are not considered defects.
Engineered stone and quartz, as well as sintered stone, are designed for a more consistent look, with subtle color or pattern variation between pieces considered normal.
