Reminder:
The Magic Wand operates via infrared (IR) technology with a standard control range of 3-13 ft under normal conditions. Please note that range may fluctuate by approximately ±1.7 ft depending on ambient brightness and operating angle.
If you notice reduced responsiveness from the magic wand, we recommend operating within 11.5 ft. (Strong light contains infrared radiation that can interfere with the wand's signal. This is an inherent characteristic of infrared technology, not a device malfunction.)
