Daily Care
Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water and a mild pH‑neutral cleaner, then dry thoroughly.
Natural stone is more porous and benefits from quicker cleanup, while engineered stone (including quartz) and sintered stone are generally more stain‑resistant and easier for daily care.
Use & Avoid
Use coasters, placemats and trivets, and wipe spills promptly, especially wine, coffee, oils and other acidic or dark liquids.
Avoid vinegar, bleach, abrasive tools and strong solvents. Engineered stone and sintered stone should be protected from direct high heat, and natural stone should not be left with acidic liquids sitting on the surface.
Natural Character
Natural stone may show unique veining, tone variation and subtle change in appearance over time; these are part of its inherent character, not defects.
Engineered stone, quartz and sintered stone appear more consistent in pattern and color, but slight variation between pieces is normal, and all surfaces may show gentle signs of use over time.
