Occasionally, Hernest may issue promotional vouchers for use on our website. These vouchers are subject to the terms stated at the time of issue, and by using a voucher, you agree to follow those terms.

Promotional vouchers are valid only during the stated promotion period and may be used only. Unless otherwise specified, vouchers cannot be combined or used.

Promotional voucher credits cannot be used toward products sold by third parties. If the voucher value exceeds the price of the eligible item, any unused balance will not be refunded, carried forward, or exchanged for cash. Promotional voucher credits do not earn interest and have no cash value.

If the voucher value does not cover the full order total, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. Only one promotional voucher may be applied per order, and it will be allocated to the entire invoice.

If an order paid with a promotional voucher is partially returned, the voucher discount will be distributed proportionally across the items in the order when calculating any refund amount.
