Daily Care
Clean resin surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soapy water; clean stone surfaces (including natural stone, engineered stone and quartz, and sintered stone) with a soft cloth, warm water and a mild pH‑neutral, non‑abrasive cleaner if needed, then dry all surfaces thoroughly.
Use & Avoid
Use coasters, placemats and trivets, and wipe spills promptly, especially wine, coffee, juice, oils and acidic liquids.
Avoid abrasive pads, scouring powders, harsh solvents and direct heat. Natural stone should also be protected from prolonged contact with acidic or dark liquids, while engineered stone, quartz and sintered stone are more stain‑resistant but should still be cleaned promptly.
Natural Character
Resin offers a smooth, durable finish, while natural stone may show unique veining, small pits and tone variation; these are part of the material’s inherent character and not considered defects.
Engineered stone, quartz and sintered stone are designed for a more consistent look, with subtle color or pattern variation between pieces considered normal, and all surfaces may develop normal signs of use over time.
