Daily Care
Clean metal surfaces with a soft dry cloth. Clean stone surfaces with a soft cloth and warm water, using a mild pH‑neutral, non‑abrasive cleaner if needed, then dry thoroughly.
Use & Avoid
Use coasters, placemats and protective pads to help reduce moisture, heat and scratches, and wipe spills promptly, especially wine, coffee, oils and other acidic or dark liquids.
Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasive pads, standing water and direct heat. Natural stone is more porous and should not be left with acidic or dark liquids on the surface, while engineered stone, quartz and sintered stone are more stain‑resistant but should still be cleaned promptly.
Natural Character
Metal may develop light marks with everyday use, while stone may show natural variation in tone, veining and texture; these changes are part of the material’s natural character, not defects.
