We're Now Collecting Sales Tax

Starting today, April 8, 2026 (00:00 Western Time), we will collect applicable  sales tax in states where required by law. The tax (typically 6-8%) is  calculated based on your delivery address and will be clearly displayed at  checkout.

We are taking this step to ensure full legal compliance as Hernest continues  to grow and meet the Economic Nexus.

What you need to know:

• Tax only applies in states where legally required (see schedule below)
• The amount is transparently displayed at checkout

• May 12: FL, ID, IN, SD, UT, VA, WI, DC, AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, IA
• June 11: KS, ME, MA, MN, MS, MO, NE, ND, OK, RI, VT, WV, WY, LA
