Welcome to HERNEST SIGNATURE MEMBER. By joining HERNEST SIGNATURE MEMBER, you are subject to HERNEST's Terms of Use and HERNEST's Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for HERNEST SIGNATURE MEMBER. In these terms, "you" and "your" mean the Account holder. "We", "our", and "us" mean HERNEST.
1. Eligibility & Consent to Electronic Communications
The HERNEST SIGNATURE MEMBER program is a paid premium membership available to individual residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. Limit one membership account per individual. By enrolling in HERNEST SIGNATURE MEMBER, you consent to receive electronic communications from HERNEST regarding your membership, benefits, rewards, program updates, billing notifications, and related promotional information. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time, but critical account updates will still be sent.
2. Membership Fee, Term, and Non-Renewal
- Membership Fee: The annual membership fee for HERNEST SIGNATURE MEMBER is $199 per year. All fees are exclusive of applicable state and local sales taxes.
- Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated upon voluntary cancellation by the member, except where required by applicable law.
- Term & Non-Renewal: Membership is valid for a fixed term of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This membership DOES NOT automatically renew. Upon expiration of the 12-month term, all premium benefits will immediately cease unless you actively choose to purchase a renewal. Members will receive a renewal reminder prior to expiration.
3. Membership Benefits
HERNEST SIGNATURE members may receive access to exclusive benefits, including but not limited to:
- Unlimited White Glove Delivery is available on eligible orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that actual delivery is subject to regional service coverage, scheduling windows, and building access restrictions (such as stairs, narrow hallways, or elevators) which may limit or prevent service fulfillment.
- 5% back in Reward Credits on eligible purchases (calculated on the net purchase price, excluding taxes, shipping fees, assembly fees, and amounts paid via gift cards or discounts)
- Birthday Rewards
- Exclusive Member Promotions
Benefits are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or replaced at HERNEST's sole discretion. Reward Credits earned through this program possess no cash value, cannot be transferred, and will expire on July 31 of the immediate following year.
4. Membership Restrictions & Prohibited Commercial Use
Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, assigned, or resold. The HERNEST SIGNATURE MEMBER program is intended strictly for personal, residential, and non-commercial consumer use. Commercial buyers, interior designers, contractors, resellers, or corporate entities are strictly prohibited from using this membership and must apply for the HERNEST Trade Program instead.
5. Program Changes and Termination
HERNEST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the HERNEST SIGNATURE program, its benefits, eligibility requirements, or membership fees at any time. If HERNEST terminates the program entirely prior to the expiration of your term, members may receive a prorated refund of the unused portion of their membership fee, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERNEST’s total liability for any program interruption or claim shall not exceed the $199 annual fee paid.
6. Abuse of Membership
HERNEST reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately without notice and without a refund if fraudulent activity, abuse of benefits (including bulk commercial ordering or unauthorized freight forwarding), or violations of these Terms are suspected. Upon termination for abuse, all accumulated benefits and credits shall be immediately forfeited.
7. Shared Membership Clauses
Unless otherwise stated, the HERNEST MEMBER policies regarding Credit Earning and Rules, Referral Rewards, Credit Redemption, Returns, Expiration, Account Closure, and Program Modifications are also applicable to HERNEST SIGNATURE Members.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of the HERNEST SIGNATURE MEMBER program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of 【WASHINGTON】, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
