1. Enrollment & Eligibility
HERNEST MEMBER is a free loyalty program available to eligible customers who create a HERNEST account.This free program does not require any paid subscription or financial commitment. To participate, you must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age. Limit one membership account per individual.
2. Membership Benefits
Members may receive benefits including:
• 3% back in Reward Credits on eligible purchases(excluding taxes, shipping, fees, and amounts paid with gift cards or discounts)
• Birthday Rewards
• Member-only promotions and offers
• Early access to selected events and product launches
Benefits are subject to change or cancellation at any time at HERNEST’s sole discretion.This program does not include any premium perks reserved exclusively for the HERNEST SIGNATURE Paid Membership.
3. Reward Credits
Reward Credits are earned on eligible purchases and activities as described on the Rewards Program page.
Credits:
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be transferred, shared,or sold
• May only be redeemed according to program rules
•Will expire on July 31 of the immediate following year.
•In the event of a product return or refund, any Reward Credits earned from the original purchase will be automatically deducted from the member's account.
•Additional product category-specific restrictions may apply.
4. Membership Termination
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Customer Support.
HERNEST reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate any membership account due to fraud, abuse, misuse of rewards, unauthorized commercial use, or violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all accumulated Reward Credits will be immediately forfeited.
5. Program Changes & Limitation of Liability
HERNEST may modify, suspend, or discontinue the HERNEST MEMBER program, its benefits, eligibility requirements, or reward structure at any time.
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data (including your birthdate) in accordance with the HERNEST Privacy Policy. You also consent to receive program-related emails, transactional updates, and promotional marketing communications from HERNEST. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.
6. Transition to Other Programs
Customers approved for the HERNEST Trade Program or any future membership program may become subject to separate terms and benefits. Benefits from multiple programs may not be combined unless explicitly stated by HERNEST.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the HERNEST MEMBER program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any future updates posted on hernest.com.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of the HERNEST MEMBER program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of 【WASHINGTON】, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
