Standard Delivery

The Standard Delivery fee is a flat rate of $49 per order. ltems will be delivered to your front door via courier (such as UPS and Fedex), no signature required. These items may require assembly by yourself. 

Doorstep Delivery

The Doorstep Delivery fee is a flat rate of $99 per order. Items will be delivered in their original packaging and we will place them on the ground floor, lobby or first dry area (such as garage, front porch, lobby, etc.) of your home via courier (such as Ceva and Metropolitan). For apartment buildings, the items will be placed outside your unit, in the building's lobby, or at the property's office. This service does not include assembly, setup, or removal of packing materials.

In-Home Delivery

The In-Home Delivery fee is a flat rate of $199 per order. Items will be delivered to the room of your choice and assembled as needed via courier (such as Ceva and Metropolitan). Packing materials will be removed. For your safety and to ensure the best possible service, single package over 300 lbs will typically be scheduled for in-home delivery. 

Combined Delivery

Items requiring different delivery services will incur a separate fee for each service used. You will not be double-charged for the same service.
