Terms for Using Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers are valid for the specified period indicated on them, can only be used once, and cannot be combined with other offers, including sales, promotions, and other vouchers.
Promotional voucher credits cannot be used to purchase products from third parties. If you use a promotional voucher for a product that costs less than the voucher value, no refund or residual credit will be given. These credits do not accrue interest and hold no cash value.
If the promotional voucher credit is insufficient for the total order amount, you must make up the difference using another payment method (excluding the use of another promotional voucher or offer). Only 1 promotional voucher can be applied per order, which is allocated to the entire invoice. Therefore, if multiple products are purchased using a voucher and some items are later returned, the discount is proportionally distributed to each item for the calculation of refund values.

Hernest offers a 30-day price protection for customers who place orders. If you discover a lower price within 30 days of your transaction, please email us at service@hernest.com.

Identical Product within 30 Days of Purchase. Item must match size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name, and color of previous purchase within the last 30 days.
Currently active. Item must be in stock and available on Hernest.com for delivery in your zip code.

Bundle offers, rebates, mail-in offers, financing offers
Prices requiring a minimum quantity purchase
Clearance or closeout items, liquidation sales, special hour / flash / limited quantity offers
Damaged, used, or refurbished items
Price errors
Prices resulting from pickup discounts
Prices during Black Friday, Cyber Week, and other special / holiday promotions
