30-day return window for eligible items in new, unused, resealable condition.

Return labels provided upon approval, 14-day return window.

For non-defective returns, HERNEST will charge a 20% restocking fee. HERNEST will cover the return shipping cost and provide return labels.

Exclusions for clearance, final sale, and used items.

Refund Handling Time 

Refund Only (No Return): Upon request acceptance, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. 

Refund with Return: The refund will be processed within 7 business days after all returned items have been received at our warehouse.

Order & Estimated Delivery 

An order confirmation email with the Estimated Delivery Date will be sent to your mailbox. You can request to postpone delivery if you are not ready before shipment. 

Shipping & Delivery 

Items ship immediately upon availability, with free shipping for all customers. 

FedEx/UPS orders deliver in 3-5 business days on average, while Freight Carrier takes 1-2 weeks on average.

Shipping Exclusions: No deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. Cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Late Delivery Compensation

Orders delivered 20 days or less past the due date will receive a 5% discount.

For orders more than 20 days late, the discount increases to 10%.

Customers will be provided with a new Estimated Delivery Date via email when an order is delayed.
