1-Year Warranty 

HERNEST products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding damage from improper use, negligence, accidents, or modifications by unauthorized parties. "AS-IS" marked items are not covered under this warranty. 

Shipping & Delivery

Items ship immediately upon availability, with free shipping for all customers. FedEx/UPS orders deliver in 3-5 business days on average, while Freight Carrier takes 1-2 weeks on average. Shipping Exclusions: No deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. Cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Late Delivery Compensation
Orders delivered 20 days or less past the due date will receive a 5% discount. For orders more than 20 days late, the discount increases to 10%. Customers will be provided with a new Estimated Delivery Date via email when an order is delayed.
