Our Response to COVID-19
A Note From Our Founders

As the global pandemic continues and regions implement new and needed safety measures, we are facing an evolving landscape of supply disruptions.

Hernest is committed to providing our due diligence to protect all our customers, our employees, and our greater communities. We are following guidelines and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to increase our daily cleaning awareness and have incorporated these practices as part of our code of conduct.

Delivery

Please note that the impacts of COVID-19 have disrupted much of the world’s supply chain and have resulted in a reduced capacity in our factories, increased processing times at the port, and limited space on ocean carriers. These factors, coupled with increased demand, meaning many of our products are out of stock as we wait for incoming shipments.

Safety is our top priority, thus we have opted for a no-contact delivery as the default optimal option, and have suspended in-home deliveries for the time being. Our delivery teams will maintain a distance of six feet when possible. We ask that you support our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy by keeping all persons and animals in a separate room when possible or maintaining a safe distance during delivery and signatures will not be asked this time of the year.
