No. To reduce waste, we do not require returns. You’re welcome to keep using your piece, pass it on, or give it a second life in a way that works for you.

The purchase price is the product price you paid, excluding tax, delivery, and any additional fees.

Claim Procedure

To apply for the Renewal Credit, please email service@hernest.com with:

Clear photos of the purchased product
Your order information (If you can’t locate your order details, our customer service team will be happy to assist.)

Renewal Credit Amounts

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a coupon code valued:

25% of the original purchase price — furniture purchased between 1 and 2 years ago
20% of the original purchase price — furniture purchased between 2 and 3 years ago
15% of the original purchase price — furniture purchased over 3 years ago

The original purchase price refers to the product price paid in your previous order, excluding tax, delivery, and any additional fees. Each placed order is eligible for one Renewal Credit code only.

Renewal Credit Rules

The Renewal Credit may be applied only to a new purchase with a minimum order value equal to or greater than two times the Renewal Credit amount.
The Renewal Credit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes, and applies to items' full price only.
The Renewal Credit is not applicable to clearance items or decor.

Important Notes

The purchase price refers to the product price paid, excluding tax, delivery, and additional fees.
Renewal Credit is capped at $1,000 per order.
Each Renewal Credit code is valid for 6 months and limited to one use per customer per order.
Renewal Credit is not applicable to returns or refunds.
If a product in the order has a partial refund history, the Renewal Credit will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer (original price minus refunded amount).

We believe our furniture remains in good condition well beyond three years of use. As part of our commitment to reducing waste, no return is required. We encourage you to continue using the piece, pass it on, or find another responsible way to give it a second life—whatever best suits your needs.

Your New Furniture

Furniture purchased using a Renewal Credit is also eligible for the HERNEST ENDURE PROMISE. Renewal Credits cannot be refunded or transferred once applied.
