I understand very well the logistics delay of this company during the epidemic, and I think it is acceptable. Normal faucets and lamps will hardly be delayed. Even if there is a delay, the delay is only 2 to 3 days. Compared with product quality, these things are not worth mentioning at all.

13 Amazing prompt customer service

This is is the first time I have used Hernest and I am very impressed with the speedy customer service. I bought a floor lamp which arrived much earlier than stated but unfortunately the packaging was quite battered and the metal base had some damage. I immediately emailed them and enclosed photos of the item to request a replacement part. I received a prompt reply and amazingly was sent another lamp soon. I will definitely be using this website again and would recommend them.

Beautiful and inexpensive upgrade light bulb.

Such a beautiful and inexpensive upgrade to our dining room. I picked up an Edison bulb from Hernest so the entire upgrade was less than $30 but made a huge difference in the style of our home. Thinking of buying another one to hang over the stairway.
