Hernest currently operates six self-operated overseas warehouses in the United States, located in Los Angeles, Seattle, New Jersey, Atlanta, and Dallas. With a total storage area exceeding 900,000 square feet, these warehouses support various transportation modes including FedEx, UPS, LTL, and more. We have a robust storage and transportation system in place to provide users with efficient and cost-effective services.


I. SHIPPING COLLABORATION WITH MAERSK&COSCO
Partnering with major shipping companies such as Maersk and COSCO, enabling us to provide efficient and reliable transportation services across the globe. With a strong network of logistics partners, we ensure that your cargo is handled with care and delivered to its destination on time. II. EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE 
The 'Estimated Delivery' lead times displayed on each product page provide a range of dates for when your item is expected to arrive at your delivery location. This lead time includes the time for stock movement from manufacturing locations to our warehouse, as well as the last-mile delivery to your door. By entering your zip code on the product page, you can see an estimate of when you can expect to receive the item. Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and unforeseen delays may occur. If you need us to postpone your delivery because your home is not ready, you can place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email with your special request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that not all requests can be fulfilled. We aim to respond to your request within 1 business day.

III. SHIPMENT SCHEDULING AND MONITORING

- Once your order has left our local warehouse, you will receive an email notification.
- IF delivered by FedEx / UPS, you will receive tracking information in the email to monitor the delivery progress.
- IF delivered by our specialized carriers, they will reach out to you directly to confirm the delivery date and provide a timeframe for when you can expect your items to arrive.


IV. DELAYING/HOLDING SHIPMENTS
If you need us to hold your shipment because your home is not ready, simply place your order with us. Upon receiving your order confirmation email, reply to us with any special requests. We can honor holds for any shipment at no charge for a specified period. Please make your hold request within 24 hours from when the "Shipment Preparing" email is sent out. If we do not receive a hold request within this 24-hour timeframe, the order will be processed for delivery.


We offer 14 days of free storage for all shipments, starting from when you receive the "It's on its way!" email or from when the attempt to schedule delivery begins. If you require a hold beyond the 14 days of free storage, we can accommodate an additional 14 days for a fee. The storage charges for the extra 14 days will be 10% of the order or product shipment value that is on hold, plus any applicable taxes.


V. DELAYED SHIPMENT / DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Delayed due to unforeseen circumstances,

a) If shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Hernest reserves the right to reschedule delivery based on slot availability.

b) Hernest is not liable for any losses or expenses resulting from shipment delays, and such delays do not authorize termination of the agreement or comparisons.


Delayed due to Hernest’s end,

a) Hernest must promptly notify customers of the latest ETA via email or other means of communication.

b) For eligible delayed orders, Hernest will provide corresponding compensation measures. Please refer to the following information.

Order Price in the formula is for reference only, the actual transaction price shall be based on the payment at that time.


Hernest reserves the right to determine if there is a delay in delivery. When the ETA is provided as a time frame, the delivery date shall be based on the latest date. This means that if you place an order on 3/8 and your ETA is 1-2 weeks, the default delivery date shall be 3/22. Our compensation will only be implemented if it surpasses 3/22. Track order status on our website for real-time updates, please email us at service@hernest.com if your order meets these conditions, and we will handle it properly for you.


VI. REDELIVERY FEE
Please note that any changes to scheduled delivery dates must be requested at least 3 business days before your confirmed delivery date. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.


VII. MISSED DELIVERIES
Hernest's delivery partners will reach you to schedule your delivery slot. Remember, if you cannot be reached to schedule your delivery date with the carrier, your order may be canceled and subject to a 20% restocking fee. On the day of delivery, you must be reachable by phone or text. If you are not available at the delivery address during your allocated slot, the delivery partners will wait for about 15 minutes before departing. Undeliverable orders will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. To reschedule delivery to the correct address, we will contact you for the next available delivery slot. Please inform our delivery partners of any changes to your delivery slot at least 3 business days in advance. Thank you for understanding.


VIII. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the order is undeliverable, it will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. To reschedule delivery to the correct address, we will contact you to arrange the next available delivery slot with a re-delivery fee of $100. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.


IX. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to decline delivery to specific locations for items that we consider to be at high risk of loss or damage, as well as locations that are inaccessible for our home delivery services. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers as they are typically not suitable for accepting most of the items we sell. Thank you for your understanding.

States outside of the shipping range include: Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
