SHIPPING GUIDE

At Hernest, our goal is to ensure your experience is enjoyable and seamless from the moment you place your order until it arrives in your home. We have a robust storage and transportation system in place to provide users with efficient and cost-effective services. Depending on the items purchased and the delivery methods available like FedEx, UPS, LTL, and more for each item, your order could be delivered in multiple shipments.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email that outlines the expected delivery timeline. If there are any pre-sale items, the email will provide an approximate delivery time for you.

The 'Estimated Delivery' lead times displayed on each product page provide a range of dates for when your item is expected to arrive at your delivery location. This lead time includes the time for stock movement from manufacturing locations to our warehouse, as well as the last-mile delivery to your door.  

Please note: If you need us to postpone your delivery because your home is not ready, you can place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email with your special request. In-stock items may be shipped out very quickly, recalling items during transit may incur a fee which the customer would typically be responsible for.

Hassle-Free Delivery

We provide free shipping for every Customer. Depending on the volume and weight of the package, items may be delivered through FedEx, USPS, LTL, and more, the delivery time will vary accordingly. However, you will receive an email once the item is shipped, the order status can be tracked until delivery through a link in the email.
The delivery time frame for reference,
Orders sent via FedEx or UPS would be delivered on average 3-5 business days after items are shipped out.
Orders sent via a Freight Carrier (LTL)  would be delivered on average 1-2 weeks after items are shipped out.

Warehouse Operating Hours

Mon. to Fri.: 8 AM to 4 PM

Sat.: 8 AM to 12 PM

Since we are closed on Sundays, any orders placed on that day (if the products are in stock) will be shipped out gradually starting on the next business day, Monday. Thank you.

LTL Shipment Scheduling and Monitoring

Once the goods are ready, 3 steps will be required so that the order can be delivered to you more efficiently and on time.

Preparing for Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure the furnishings can accommodate the desired rooms, stairways, elevators, and hallways.  

Scheduling Delivery 

The truck driver will schedule the delivery time with you in advance.

Delivery Day

Please keep your phone available at the agreed time, to ensure you are home to accept delivery and inspect your order.
Please note:

- An upstairs address will be required for the customer to handle the carrying of the furnishings up the stairs.
- If the driver is unable to contact, the product will be returned, and the customer would typically be responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred.
- If the item shows delivered but you do not receive it, please check around your home and ask your family or neighbor, maybe they help you sign for the item,  if not, we suggest you contact the local carrier to check it first.

Delayed Due to Hernest's End

a) Hernest must promptly notify customers of the latest ETA via email or other means of communication.
b) For eligible delayed orders, Hernest will provide corresponding compensation measures. Customers will be offered a 5% discount for orders that are 20 days or less past the due date. For orders more than 20 days late, the discount increases to 10%.

Hernest reserves the right to determine if there is a delay in delivery. When the ETA is provided as a time frame, the delivery date shall be based on the latest date. Track order status on our website for real-time updates, please email us at service@hernest.com if your order meets these conditions, and we will handle it properly for you.

Shipping Limitations

We reserve the right to decline delivery to specific locations for items that we consider to be at high risk of loss or damage, as well as locations that are inaccessible for our home delivery services. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers as they are typically not suitable for accepting most of the items we sell. Thank you for your understanding.

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Lousiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North, Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

States outside of the shipping range include: Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
